I always think about Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel as feeling particularly classical. However, I don't know if classical is really the right word for the influence... but, it feels very old (auld, haha) and makes me feel like I'm listening to some traveling minstrels in English renaissance times. Such a lovely song!
