Happy Friday, friends! π Follow Friday is your weekly opportunity to shout out fellow DEV Community members doing awesome work. Check out the comments and follow someone new!
I spent an awful lot of time online this week. I usually do β it's a function of the Social Media Manager profession β but due to high-profile news and developments in the social media space this week, my brain is feeling pretty fried. π³
So I wanted to take this week's Follow Friday out of the browser view...and into the Internet of Things!
The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to the concept of connecting things (typically physical objects with sensors and processing abilities) to the internet or other communications networks. Many IoT developers are building cool things with Raspberry Pi, but there are certainly other tools and frameworks for making things talk to each other via the internet.
So, devs! Who are your favorite community members writing about their IoT adventures?
Formatting tip: to populate a card with a follow button, use the liquid tag syntax {% embed https://... %}

Big ups to our #iot mod, @andypiper!

Andy has written quite a bit on #micropython as well (also mods the tag!). If this piques your interest, you should check out their esp32c2-bling series:
I also recommend Andy's ode to the Ras Pi in Happy 10th Birthday, Raspberry Pi!
