Can human be trained just like how we train in machine learning?

Just curious, if human could be loaded with any data from the fetched from the internet and can be trained just like machines.

We must be faster than the machines!

I have been working so hard in this field that I started believing that we are made by other living being and are sent to earth for the civilization purpose, to harvest for them.
Since machine learning can be very fragile and can have various impact in our life, can we think of an idea that we train ourself using data present over internet so that we can actually know more about anything than a machine.
