To prepare for the release of TexCreate Version 2 (Beta 1 coming soon), this involves making TeX-rs and MaTeX compatible with TeXCreate.
What's the plan?
No more MaTeX standalone compiler...
You may ask why, and the reason towards depreciating the compiler is because once TeXCreate is created, it will function as the main compiler, and it will contain it's own MaTeX command for standalone projects, and in texcreate.toml a language will be specified.
Here's some other changes towards the library
- Regex pattern matching
- Support for native LaTeX
Now in terms of Version 2, a main reason Version 2.0.0-beta.1 hasn't been released yet is problems with publishing, and errors that technically should've already been solved. I'm trying to figure out the situation, and solve it as quickly as I can so I can focus and next parts of the release.
