Monday
I started to work in the morning very early because today I had a lot of stuff to do.
I worked on the Red Originβs bug (I worked a little bit over the weekend as well) for the entire morning.
After a while I had a meeting with my product owner about the strategy to send the email to the testers.
Over the lunch I had a meeting with the boarding members of Brandplane to decide some internal rules and other stuff.
Nothing is decided but we have to work on it.
In the afternoon I worked again on Red Origin and its bugs.
In the late afternoon I published the version 6.0
Now we are waiting for the testers.

Tuesday
Not a real productive day. Sometimes happens.
Just a day about researching and recharge for tomorrow.
By the way in the morning I sent out all the tests from Azure DevOps to our three testers.

In the morning I watched a video about improving LinkedIn profile and I updated my profile with some small suggestions that I found. This is my LinkedIn Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/bartolesiemanuele/
I had a meeting in the middle of the morning for Brandplane about the next steps and about the priorities.
As a developer, of course, I tend to prioritize what is cool but not what is useful for the product. Itβs normal but as a CTO, I have to mitigate this feeling.
In the afternoon I had a meeting as one of organizer of Collabdays - Italy 2023.
Itβs an event

Thursday
I updated an instance for Red Origin for a tester in the early morning. I hope they start to test the application as soon as possible.
I had some troubles for the installation of one of my colleague. It seemed corrupted or something happened in the database migrations.
I will investigate on it because I donβt want to have this kind of problem for a customer in a production environment.
