Hey everyone!
So, as a long-term side project, I've been developing this app called Reactive Resume (live on https://rxresu.me) for a while now and it has had overwhelming responses. People use it day in and day out to create, update or share their resumes. This has motivated me to spend some more time in making it much better.
Ever dreamed of a free and open-source resume builder that doesn't store your data? Meet Reactive Resume!

For those of you who don't know, Reactive Resume is a free and open-source resume builder that focuses on privacy, great design and ease of use. Never did I imagine that so many people would want the same thing.
In the new version, I hope to add a bunch of new features and also make the usability of the application a lot more smoother. I would like your inputs on the design and UX of the app, if you have the time. Please visit the Figma design below to see the new design and also collaborate with me using the comments.

Please do let me know in the comments below, or you may leave comments on the Figma file I've linked above on how I can make Reactive Resume better, what features you are looking for in a resume builder. No answer barred, I'd love to hear from each and every one of you.
Thank you so much! :)

Do you think it would be possible to add a template where the user's can select the placement of the sections? Also, I love this project! Keep up the good work!
That's one of the new features in V2 :) Worked really hard in trying to figure out the math behind it, but eventually got to it.
Now, you can mix and match sections based on blocks supported by each template. All of the earlier templates will have the layout feature enabled. So excited for you to try it out! :)
Can't wait to try it!! Thanks a ton!!❤️❤️
Please add a section for projects ( normal / open source project )
That's a good suggestion. I'm open to it. What fields do you think would be a good idea to put in this? Also have to keep in mind that not everyone who uses the app would be in the IT industry :)
It can be a global option ... For example an Interior designer can define multiple projects too ( link to an image or website )
I think something like this :
Projects / Work samples
Brilliant, will add it immediately. Thank you!
If you'd like to see how the development is going, just send me an email, and I'll share the progress :) The new update is going to blow all the other (even paid) resume builders out of the park.
Olá, parabéns pelo projeto.
This is really cool project. I'm happy to contribute.
Can u add some changes so that we can add or remove the blocks and sub-blocks
