1. C

}

2. C++

using namespace std;
int main()
{
    cout << "Hello, World!"; // std output stream

}

3. C# (c sharp)

using System;

namespace HelloWorld
{
    class Hello {
        static void Main(string[] args)
        {      // prints hello world
            System.Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");
        }
    }
}

4. Java

class HelloWorld {
    public static void main( String []args ) {
        System.out.println( "Hello World!" );
    }
}

5. Php

echo "Hello World!";
?>

6. Python

print('Hello ,world');

7. Ruby

puts "Hello World!"

8. Scala

object HelloWorld {

}

9. JavaScript

For C# you have already declare the namespace System so it will be just
