That it is super dificult to create a community from scratch and to keep people motivated and together within this community.

Somethinf about typescript.

That choosing tailwind to remake pur website is pointless if I have to build de design system anyway, I can just use css variables.

Check out a new project from Jared Palmer (Formik among other stuff in React land) called the TurboRepo project. It's meant to alleviate a lot of the headaches monorepos can cause.
