What are your favorite Electron applications?

lazar profile image Lazar ใƒป1 min read

So this morning I was looking at the Electron framework and I don't know what I was thinking, but I never realized how many apps are made in Electron! So I decided to ask, what are a few of your favorites? For me I can't live without Balena Etcher.

Have fun! ๐Ÿ˜‰

For me, VS Code will always be the example that proves Electron's worth.

Typora! It's a super clean and fast markdown editor. Love using it for prototyping GitHub readmes and docs.

Terminus is a Windows terminal emulator that makes using Windows at least tolerable.

I really love the notes application Boostnote. I use it to keep track of snippets and write gists for myself, along with anything else I need to keep track of.
