A beginner here. When making a site do you make it from pure nothingness or use the already existing sources online to make one. Is it also lazy for someone to make a site using a template? I get a feeling that it doesn't come out as original to use an online template.

I can do it from scratch, but only if there isn't something out there that is 60% of the UI I need or if the client has a design guide. But I use a template if it got almost everything I need 'cause it will be faster for me and cheaper for the client. Design a website takes a lot of time and can double the money the client has to pay.
