After about one or two years experience in software development, how did you strucutre your resume? Like did it still have personal projects and work experience or did you just focus on adding the projects that you have done for your organization because I am genuinely stuck about this. Advice would be appreciated.ð

From my personal experience, the best resume is LinkedIn profile.
Why? Because when you develop it there, you are automatically visible for all companies seeking for specialists. Two in one! ð¥³
If company require PDF version of a resume, you can easily download your Linked profile as PDF file. There is option for that. ð
Doesn't the software for scanning resume automatically exclude them?
don't understand why it could happen, it's just PDF file ð«£
About structuring your resume, in my opinion it's pretty straightforward.
What is the most valuable for your next employer is the real experience.
So what I Do is to list my companies I worked for and details about projects and technology I used there.
Think I need to structure my resume around that, thank you.
