Which devs should I follow on twitter?

Who are your favourite devs that you follow on twitter?
I'm fairly new to twitter and was hoping to get some new developers to follow!
Perhaps I should follow you?
My twitter handle is @frasermctaggart

I currently follow Wes Bos, Jim Laurie (strapi), Sébastien Chopin (nuxt), Adam Wathan (tailwind)

Great suggestions - I've followed a few of them ( Not including the ones that talk about American politics. I'm not from America yet I can't escape it!!! )

I've made this Twitter list a while ago. I'm not sure if you can escape US politics tough.

I wish there was an easy way to filter out US politics on twitter :c, I don't follow many devs because of it.

Nice list! :3

Thanks! There is a relatively easy way, you can mute words so they don't show up on your feed.

I personally keep 'em open because US politics influence heavily on Brazil's. And when I inevitably get burned out I stay out of Twitter for a while.

I have over 100 muted words and I realized that muting doesn't always work. ;---;

Also, I feel ya with the Brazil thing, I follow a journalist that keeps me aware of what is going on in the US politically but only related to Venezuela because of obvious reasons, and normally I find out really quick about stuff related to Mexico. Everything else frustrates me really fast, so I also leave social media for a while. I think it's the best solution.

Yeah, when muting doesn't work the last resort is to quit Twitter for a while. That kind of break is good for the mental health

Surely depends on your tastes and interests, here are some from my feed:

  • Surma — Web Advocate @Google
  • Rob Palmer — JavaScript Infrastructure & Tooling at Bloomberg. Likely to tweet tech stuff about JS & software performance.
  • Rich Harris — Svelte
  • Ryan Carniato — SolidJS

aaand Sindre Sorhus, Mike Bostock, Axel Rauschmayer, Tomek Sułkowski... with many others I'm lazy to copy-paste here... 🙂

Try following trends you're interested and filter those who post on subjects of your interests.
Though as Dan Abramov (another one worth follow) recently tweeted: keep your follow list short. And surely keep updating it 😉

I haven't really invested time into learning blockchain, but I hear a lot about it! Thanks for the recommendations!
