Have you ever wanted to build something but you had no idea what to build? Just as authors sometimes have "writers block" it's also true for developers. Together with my good friend Jim we create a Github repository where you can find a collection of applications and projects ideas which are:
- great to improve your coding skills 💪;
- great to experiment with new technologies 🆕;
- great to be added in your portfolio to impress your next employer/client 📁;
- great to be used as examples in tutorials (articles or videos) 📃;
- easy to complete and also easily extendable with new features 👌;
This is intended not only to be a simple list of projects, but a list that describes each project in enough detail so you can develop it from the ground up!
Each project has the following features:
- A clear and descriptive objective;
- A list of User Stories which should be implemented; (these stories act more as a - guideline than a forced list of To-Do's. Fell free to add your own features if you want);
- A list of bonus features that can improve the base project;
- A Trello Board that can be cloned and used to track your progress;
The project is still in the initial phase so any feedback and contribution is welcomed!

I really like this idea! Sometimes the best way to learn is to build something. I decided to build an app to learn ionic, but choosing the idea was one of the hardest parts. I ended up building a project name generator app in the end.
This is exactly why we created this! I had the same problem over and over. I wanted to play around with something but I had no idea what to do! Now we have this collection which will help a lot! ☺️
