If anyone wants an idea (that I won't have time to implement), then I thought about building a tongue twister game that scores on the quickest time to say the tongue twister and validates submissions using Whisper. You could probably generate new phrases using one of the LLM models too.

I'm really excited to join this hackathon! I've been wanting to try CloudFlare AI for quite a while now and this hackathon is just the right push for me to start building.
One question, I'm planning to use Vectorize but it's not available for CloudFlare Free plan. Is there a plan to make Vectorize available for Free plan or do I have to try the Pro plan?
I normally do DevOps and have never tried Cloudflare workers... Seems fun to me!

Hey, I'm trying to participate in the challenge and use the whisper model. It works ok with really small audios, but it almost constantly returns errors for bigger than a few sentence inputs
What are the limitations of file inputs here?

Not willing to gift an ai technology to a Silicon Valley company just for 3,000 usd where they would easily make millions of dollars with it.
You are free to license the code in any way you wish. The challenge is principally for demonstration, so you can be as permissive or restrictive as you wish.

Can someone explain me? I didn't understand everything well, I never used Cloudfare.
Cloudflare is a serverless edge compute platform that allows you to deploy code close to users via their "Workers" — and they have a bunch of new AI models you can run right in the workers.
So basically without hosting yourself you can tap into a bunch of AI models and run them on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
The challenge is coming up with the most interesting demo of the tech.
So I should do the best demo of the cloudfare's AIs? Like i should use their API to make something impressive?

You can start working on the challenge right away. Your submission post (with all of the required inclusions, GitHub repo etc) needs to be submitted by April 14 at 11:59 PM PDT.
There's no other steps you need to take to register for the challenge, but do join the Cloudflare Discord server if you get stuck!
I was thinking of using text-to-speech with other worker ai model since currently there is no text-to-speech service/model in Cloudflare can we use any other 3rd party service?
