Yes Two Scoop of Django 3.x they are people behind Cookiecutter

No problem I had the older copy when I started developing in Django. One good thing about 2 Scoops of Django is that it focuses on Django LTS versions. Which ideally gives you a better shelf life compared to you have to constantly upgrade your knowledge. Whenever a new version of Django is released.
