It's that time of the year again! The festive season is here and it's the perfect time to spend with friends & family, enjoying great food and doing fun challenges!
Last year, we had #25DaysOfServerless - a challenge a day through December. That's a lot of challenges and not much time! So this year, we're spacing them out - a challenge a week starting today (Nov 23) and continuing into the New Year!
Are you ready??? #LetsDoThis!! 💪
Mes chers amis,
Every year, we all look forward to our annual holiday potluck. From jollof rice all across West Africa to Indian ladoos to celebrate Diwali, sharing our favorite foods and traditions is our favorite part of the season!
Of course, we know that's not possible this year, so we've come up with an alternative: a virtual code challenge potluck! Each week, someone in our community is going to post a unique code challenge exploring a recipe and a food for all of our friends to solve. It may not be the same as breaking bread in-person or smelling and tasting your flavorful creations, but hopefully these delectable brain-teasers can still give us a taste of each other's traditions.
Grosses bises, Dominique et Simone
Each week, you can log on to the Seasons of Serverless site to solve another unique code challenge presented by one of Dominique and Simone's friends and focused on a culinary tradition from around the world.

There are many ways to slice this recipe, and many steps to make it perfect!! So cooks need some timely reminders to keep them on track! Can you help them out?
This week we join Cloud Advocates Christopher Maneu and Chloe Condon, with Microsoft Student Ambassadors Abdelmoumene Boumadane and Christopher Chichmanian, as we journey to France where they rethink a festive tradition - une grosse boîte de chocolats (a big box of chocolates)! This year, they want to make sure every family member gets a better chance of finding (and eating) the chocolate they love among the choices available. Can you help them out?
Hard to believe but we're on the final leg of our worldwide tour of serverless recipes! Join Microsoft Student Ambassadors Bethany Jepchumba, Adefemi Afuwape and Felix Omuok from the beautiful nations of Kenya 🇰🇪 and Nigeria 🇳🇬 as they tackle a very critical challenge for the holidays -- setting up a recipe Hotline! Because we know nothing beats having grandma's authentic jollof rice recipe!
