How about use Github student package in order to external use of Gitpilot ?
I am not a student I learn everything by myself

But I'm using github copilot for free through github student's pack

For ~2years I'm using tabNine and I can recommend it
I tried it, it's... okay. Definitively doesn't compete with github's copilot but it's decent!
