GitHub Actions are amazing!!
This year I have been able to release 3 new open-source libraries that have 100% test coverage across a matrix of operating systems and python versions. Docs are automatically built and deployed on commit. A python package is built and deployed on every release. My personal site is even built with actions. These things have really enabled me to get into open source in a way that may not have been able to before. I have squashed some windows related bugs before they even happened. All of this is free for open source. I am not getting paid to do these things, so paying for the ci service would be a bit of a hurdle for me. They are so committed to the open-source community, its nothing less than amazing.
