As we reach the halfway point of the year, it's the perfect time to pause, reflect on our goals, and refocus our energy. Whether you're a Virtual Coffee community member or part of the wider Dev community, we invite you to join us on this journey of self-discovery, growth, and connection.

Reflecting on Progress

We all know how time can fly by, especially when we're knee-deep in code and tackling projects. That's why we think it's important to take a step back and reflect on the progress we've made.

Reevaluating Goals

We believe in a growth mentality, which means we're always learning new things and open to listening to others; as part of this, our goals and aspirations may change as well. The Mid-Year Check-In challenge encourages us to reevaluate our goals and ensure they still align with our vision and values.

Gaining Clarity

When the world around you seems to be moving so quickly, it can be hard to find clarity. Taking time to think about what truly matters to us, can help us to gain clarity and make decisions that align with who we want to be.

Virtual Coffee isn't just a community; we learn and grow together. We support each other. We lift each other up when we're down, and cheer each other on when we share successes. During the Mid-Year Check-In challenge, we'd love to extend this camaraderie to the wider Dev community.
