I've experienced similar journey with one app of mine long ago. Your current users are not "cold" users from marketing perspective. It make a lot of sense to do whatever possible to make them happy - because they gave $ already. New users will be more expensive, you'll have to teach them, persuade them and so on, while the current are already in the loop. Keep it up 💪👌👍
