Is your agile framework working?

There are many, many agile software development frameworks or methodologies. Does this mean that using one will make you agile?

Of course not.

From the Twelve principles behind the Agile Manifesto:

Working software is the primary measure of progress.

No matter how many Post-its, whiteboards, standups, or other artifacts your team produces, if you’re not producing working software, you’re not making progress.
