Looking forward to learning more here and contribute to the community by writing articles. Plan is to write one every fortnight, let's see how that goes.

I've been away from the development community and programming since 2002, but blockchain has reignited my passion for coding and development. Currently reacquainting myself with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, picking up Python and starting on Solidity. Working full time in another field now, so cramming it in wherever I can find time until I can make the switch again to full-time blockchain dApp Dev.
Looking forward to interacting, writing some posts and swapping ideas!
Hello @aAcex, we are in the same shoes here. Looking forward to us connecting and possibly collaborating in the future.

Hello everyone,
I've been a software engineer for almost 19 years, working primarily in full-stack web development for most of that time.
I really enjoy helping others get into the field and in the dev groups I'm in I see people ask the same questions over and over, so I mainly joined to try and get the answers to those questions out there a little more. Hopefully I can contribute something helpful and not just shout into the void of the internet. :)

Hi there!
I found this community trough a great article by Mark Steadman (@steady5063 ) about accessible frameworks.
I'm an accessibility advocate, and find it fascinating how becoming that, drew me into the world of coding in a way I never imagined. Originally I'm an HTML/CSS girl. But when you start yelling to the world about accessible coding, you have to make sure you can tell the developers, designers and content makers you're addressing, where and how to find the information they need, right?
Cheers,
Anne
Hello, Miss Anne i just start my web development journey I think you can guide me
a little bit during my web journey .❤
My name is John Wise, and I am in Gainesville, Florida.
I'm 37 years old, and I just was released from prison two weeks ago. I did 18 years and 9 months straight.
While I was there, however, I learned a great deal about myself, particularly that I am exceptionally intelligent, caring, and driven. I also discovered – though use of old worn textbooks – that I'm very, very good at mathematics and statistics.
While I do greatly regret that I was – due to my incarcerated status – unable to pursue much formal training (I was really very fortunate to be able to participate in the Second Chance Pell program so that I might acquire my AA degree before release) I am now very excited to finally have a chance to undergo formal study. I am currently awaiting approval for financial aid so that I might participate in the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate program, and I also hope to acquire a B.S. In Data Science here in Gainesville at the University of Florida.
In the (far) future, I hope to apply my Data Science skills in the field of Criminal Justice so that I might contribute to the cause of lessening our society's reliance on the incarceration of human beings.
Ello.

👋Hello seniors.
I am very happy to become a member of this community.
I develop web projects using various JavaScript/PHP frameworks.
Especially, I am interested in Next.js.
I want to learn a lot from the others.
Of course, I will help others with all my power.
Hey
Been meaning to join Dev for a while now, and glad I did as everyone seems really friendly and supportive. Even though I'm on the start of my journey it feels like we're all in it together no matter our level of expertise.
Looking forward to learning and sharing here!
Cheers

Hi, I'm Geoff. I'm a web developer for The THRIVE Project (strive2thrive.earth). I use windows, linux, perl, php, c, java, javascript, HTML, css, and some other things. I'm working on a project where I've been asked to create a chart.js plugin. I first wrote the chart in javascript two years ago. But now I've been asked to make it as a plugin for chart.js. So it's more useful and easier to integrate into new versions of our front end. I've been able to draw lines and circles in the HTML canvas element on top of a chart.js doughnut chart. I'm ~50% finished. But I'm finding it hard to get documentation for writing a chart.js plugin. Also, I've just started to learn React by watching some youtube videos. If anyone can help me with finding tutorials for making chart.js plugins I'd be very grateful. Thanks.
