Today is April 1st and marks the 4th month of me learning to code. My goals/plan for this month are as follows:
Week 1(April 3rd):
- Make sure to review all of my notes on Sunday to remember all that I have learned so far.
- Work on FreeCodeCamp Debugging Section.
- Build one Junior level project on frontendmentor
- Complete JQuery section & from The Complete 2022 Web Development Bootcamp
- Join JS study group in Slack hosted by Women Who Code
Week 2(April 10th):
- Review notes
- Work on FreeCodeCamp Basic Data Structures
- Build one Junior level project on frontendmentor
- Complete Boss Level Challenge and Unix Command line section from The Complete 2022 Web Development Bootcamp
- Resume my reading from JavaScript & JQuery interactive front-end web development by Jon Duckett (goal is to read one chapter a week)
Week 3(April 17th):
- Review notes
- Work on FreeCodeCamp Basic Algorithm Scripting section
- Build one Junior level project on frontendmentor
- Start learning about back end web development and NodeJS from The Complete 2022 Web Development Bootcamp
- Join JS study group in slack hosted by Women Who Code
Week 4(April 24th):
- Review notes
- Work on FreeCodeCamp Object Oriented Programming section. Depending how difficult this section is, might take two weeks to complete
- Build one Junior level project
- Read chapter 9: APIS from the JavaScript & JQuery book.
- Complete the API section from The Complete 2022 Web Development Bootcamp
- Join JavaScript study group in Slack
Whew! A lot to do this month. But as long as I take my time and pace myself, I can accomplish all goals for this month.
