I have been using Adobe Lightroom Photo Editor and YouCam Perfect: Photo Editor for a lot of time. I think these two are the best photo editing app. I have tried to use Lomotif: Edit Video. Add Music and KineMaster - Video Editor, but they are not even close to YouCan and Lightroom. They just do not have a lot of beneficial features. I recently decided to take a portrait of my dog, but I could not edit that picture normally. I am just not good at editing portraits.
