Artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain are two incredibly powerful technologies of our time. Each has the potential to transform many industries and change the way we interact economically and socially. By combining them, exciting new opportunities are emerging, with applications benefiting from both the productivity gains of AI and the security and transparency of blockchain.
According to a report by Spherical Insights, the intersection of blockchain and AI is set to become a billion-dollar industry over the next decade. However, despite this potential, their integration remains relatively under-exploited. This leaves room for more research and exploration as both fields move towards more widespread adoption.
I believe that if we are to be major players in web3 and meet the challenges facing our continent, it’s essential to look at the opportunities that these emerging technologies can offer.
