Depends on what makes you happy. Me, for example, I'd rather leave on a smaller salary, doing something that I like, going to the job happy, just earning the money that can ensure me a decent life, not wondering if I can afford a beer. I'd rather have fun at work, being someone who can help others, who can do something that can change important things than earning money that I can lose at any moment. In the end, if everything finished, what did the money brought me?
