My friend has been talking about hacktoberfest very much so i decided why not try something new this year.
My 4 PRs have just passed the reviewing period and i have claimed my reward for participating.
My 3 PRs where in the project from a Nigerian NGO called Dev-career an organisation that helps budding devs by enrolling them in a 3 months program called #laptops4Developers were they provide them with free laptops, a core working space in different tech hubs across Africa and free courses in their chosen tech field.the other one came from a project by a Indian guy who was making a beautiful web site for university students.
As a first time participant, this has been a beautiful experience, i have learnt how to work with different people from different cultural background.Sure next year i am taking part.
