Unable to build flutter application using libayatana-appindicator3-dev and tray-manager at Linux Mint 21

I have made a minimal example whilst playing with tray-manager library:

Upon flutter run or flutter build at my Linux Mint 21 (and possibly at Ubuntu 22.04) I was getting the following error:

(More info on this issue)

The reason why was because by recommendation I have installed the flutter using snap. The snap contain their own sets of libraries, including GLib. Hence Mint21 had different version of Glib installed whilst snap had an older one. (I assume the snap was built upon Ubuntu 20.04)

So I had to install flutter without using snap as I explain in issue's answer.
