Queues vs NFL fantasy
Through my learning of data structures queues have fascinated me. On my old team we had a monitoring and logging queue which would sometimes get overloaded and cause things to break. Even in most junior days it would be up to me to investigate and fix!!
I think I spotted a similar issue on the fantasy.nfl website where maybe the weekly waivers are not being followed.
Essentially my guess is that: 'I think their waiver wire queue takes ages to dequeue... So you can skip it if you just do a player add whilst the queue is being dequeued'
I emailed engineers@NFL.com so hopefully they get back to me 😊
