Blogs on dev.to, are starting to get to clickbaity and unoriginal ie.10 ways to make money through blogging, 2 ways to, 30 things too. Its all the same thing over and over again.
And I thought I could change that, by bring in original blogs, and still grow at the same time.
But everything need to be SEO optimized, and its only those unoriginal, information blogs that look good.
I don't know if there is really any point in continuing this blog, if I have to do things like that for SEO optimization.
I don't know what I am going to do.

I feel like so many people feel the same way right now.
Google results kind of suck right now. But I feel like a new age of search relevance is coming and being active in the space is probably a good way to ride the way of early adopters!
People are sick of luke-warm non-specific, soul-less content being at the top for no reason. It will change.
If there were a tool or app claiming to be the opposite of this SEO crap I'd be on it in a heart-beat. Fediverse - mastodon stuff seems pretty cool right now
You are definitely right about the clickbaity titles. Please keep pushing for more high quality content. Moderators on dev.to are working relentlessly on rating content to give high quality posts higher priority.
Also, don't forget to set your experience level in your profile to match expert posts.
Thanks
Yeah, I just want to be able to post stuff I would actually read.
I keep creating these blogs, but keep failing. I don't know why. Like only 13% or my followers actually read my blogs, and I get it know, its because they are not interesting and I am no being very consistent. Just kinda feeling unmotivated. If you are some one who reads my blogs, and likes my content, thank you, I hope these blogs are inspiring and informational for you. - O.T.A
Thanks man, I actually have been blogging for about a year now lol, but yeah, consistently is key, sometimes I forget that if you are consistent and keep going, you will receive even a bigger reward in the end. Thank you for still reading my blogs :).
