It's that time of the week again. So wonderful devs, what did you learn this week? It could be programming tips, career advice etc.

Feel free to comment with what you learnt and/or reference your TIL post to give it some more exposure.

#todayilearned

Summarize a concept that is new to you.

And remember, if something you learnt was a big win for you, then you know where to drop it as well.👇👇🏻👇🏼👇🏽👇🏾👇🏿

  • Learnt about the 3 perf goals from Top Level GC metrics from here and created a C# tool that generates an HTML file based on an ETW trace file.
  • Finished my 11th read of "An Autobiography of a Yogi".
  • Read through 2 memory investigations pertinent to Memory Corruption from here and here.
  • Started reading Company of One. Awesome book so far
  • Had my first internal interview so, was stressed about it but went very well. Practiced a few tree questions from there.

I brushed up on CSS layout/positioning via #100Devs: unsurprisingly, I fought styling on personal projects a lot less!

Applied i18next to my company business' API service. Before that, i18n is the only problem of client side. I believe this would improve the UX.
