Think of yourself being at the comfort of your home and be able to enjoy some medical health care services without any qualms and difficulties as if you are in the hospital physically when you’re really not. How does that sound?...

Welive Health Care is a modern and user-friendly hospital management system app which we are developing as our techaton 1.0 project in my team. As the technical writer, my work is to document each and every steps taken by my team members.

The app is an app that enables patients to register and get a virtual file, and after registration, it allows them to:

1. View the comprehensive list of doctors in each department.
2. View available surgeries and therapies options.
3. Schedule appointment with doctors,
4. Get their various medical reports.

While for doctors, it helps them to:

1. View their various appointment schedule, and
2. Show them the list of the patients within their care and track down their application status.

Our Progress so far

The graphics designers in my team designed the logo and the logo emphasized the important things a hospital entails. The concept behind the two half-shaped circles represent cover as we’ve got all our patients and doctors and as well as the society at large covered with our modern and better health care services.

The colors used are blue and green. The colors were chosen because blue is typically associated with credibility, knowledge, power, trust, professionalism, calmness and focus while the color green depicts balance, harmony, love, nature and acceptance. With the combination of the two colors, we hope our patients can trust us enough to show them our love, knowledge, and professionalism in each departments of our hospital.

Our graphics designers also designed the flyer that entails all the members of my team as it is below:

For our product designers, they were added to the team recently and are still working on the template design which will be used for our app. They have finished the lofi wireframe and are now on the hifi wireframe stage. Hopefully today, they might be done with the hifi wireframe and then our developers can start their work.

Also, the Trello account for the group has been created by the team leader.

Note that a Trello account is an account that helps a team to keep track of the work they are on , the ones they've done, and the ones they will do.
