In my opinion, Builders will also manage team's tasks also knowing who is capable to do which tasks, so, making the team efficient and being resolutive. Am I wrong?

They have a knack for task management, assigning tasks based on team members' strengths, resolving bottlenecks, and setting priorities. Their adaptability keeps the team efficient and effective.
In the end, we could say that Doers are junior developers, and Builders are people with some kind of experience and like management tasks as well. However, Rockstars fall down in a category that we could say envision how things should be due to a good technical background, almost like some guru or surfing the edge in most cases.
This doesn't mean that all Doers become Builders, and all Builders become Rockstars. It depends on the expectations of each person. In addition, Builders can leave the hard part of the software (coding) and go through the way of delivering projects if they get that itch. But, this is another discussion.
@jaloplo We cannot simply label Doers as only Junior developers because the path from Doer to Builder isn't predetermined. It's all about the individual's traits, such as adaptability and effective communication.
The core message throughout this series is that no one role is inherently more important than another. Whether Senior or Junior, each team member plays a unique and vital part.
It's worth noting that even if you put a Rockstar in a Builder's role, they will likely retain their Rockstar qualities, which can impact team dynamics. Similarly, a Doer with 20 years of experience remains reliable, but expecting them to bring innovation or think beyond their established methods is unrealistic.

I totally agree with you in not labeling people or roles. But, experience is key in this position. I mean, will you be able to play a Builder role if you don't have experience? My mind says to me it's very difficult to understand some topics without experimenting with them.
And, experience doesn't mean more or less important. For me is totally the opposite. People with experience are more likely to teach juniors in the way that experience is key. However, juniors are clear minds that can reach different points of view that aren't initially in the scope but can be explored and get some benefits not considered before. This will not happen all the time but the fewer.
In the end, all roles are worthwhile and valuable, the project can benefit from all of them, and each one impacts in a different way.
