I'm a friendly, non-dev, cisgender guy from NC who enjoys playing music/making noise, hiking, eating veggies, and hanging out with my best friend/wife + our 3 kitties + 1 greyhound.
This seems like some really great advice for eye health, which is no doubt super important! Bookmarked — thanks for sharing!
Just wondering, have you got other advice for general coder health? For instance, any nutritional advice for stiff hips, haha!? That's what always gets me. 😅
Just started a career in tech! I love front-end engineering and design. I aspire to make all sorts of silly/useless apps, and I always have tons of new ideas!

Stiff hips! Yeah, those hip flexors get shorter and shorter with lots of desk time. I would recommend more movement-based options than nutritional. Yoga poses like Cobra, Boat, Dancer, Lizard, and Warrior I are all great for opening those hip flexors. Also any pose that is back-bending/spine-twisting will all be beneficial for stiff hips and lower back! Nutritionally, I'd look at supplements that support hydration/lubrication/mobility in the joints: Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Collagen are all great options. Turmeric supplements can help support inflammatory conditions, which may be contributing to the stiffness. Get some castor oil on those stiff hips and slap a heating pad on it (cover your oily hips with plastic wrap or a wool flannel square) and let that castor oil penetrate and bring some circulation to the hip area.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
We're a place where coders share, stay up-to-date and grow their careers.
