update your superior

Given time, you'll probably reach a moment in your new company where you feel useless or not growing (or not fast enough). When this happens, make time with your superior to clear this out before you find yourself thinking on getting a new job on a new company. - it might seem like they don't want you around or probably the company is just a mess on communicating, so the best thing is to straighten out the situation instead of leaving without talking to anyone about it. :)
