I've had recent stories regarding two options we DEVs tend to have throughout our career. Most of us know that it's "an easy decision", but it's a "little more complicated than that.
Recently, one situation was regarding being backed with complements and being "trusted" with your role by none other than the company's president. - I have to be honest. It feels good getting such good feedback.
the other is being noticed by a famous tech juggernaut and being invited to an interview. - I also admit this feels fantastic! :D
