Don’t worry too much about the journaling process. It can be helpful but if you put too much emphasis on it and it becomes stressful then it’s not worth it.
I myself fell into that trap at one point during the challenge. I was more worried about the journaling than the actual learning. 😅🙃 I had to pause and remind myself of what my actual goals were.
In the end, find a method, frequency, and balance that works for you, but always remember what your goals are.
