Bun.js claims to be the fastest JavaScript runtime. Can it completely replace Node and Deno ??

Doubtful.
While performance improvements is certainly a good way to break into a market with established players, there are a lot of other factors that will need to play in Bun.js' favor to overtake Node.
I can say with certainty that I will not be considering Bun for the time being in my side projects or on prod. If it can pull a Google Chrome in a couple years and show momentum against the established player, then perhaps I'll revisit.
Yeah I also think that bun is just new we should use it for side projects only
If performance were the most important thing we all would be coding in Cpp or similar languages just like you do nowadays in critical systems.
I expect Node to catch up eventually on Bun, then Bun either will need to add features that make sense to "fill gaps" or won't have any reason to exist
agreed
