There are so many blogs and courses out there to explain Product Management. In this blog series I intend to discuss Product Management with the audience on their experience or expectations from a Product Manager, thus leading to a path of achieving success in this role.
Product Management is an innovative chapter in defining the success of a Product. It is a cross road between many platforms - Business, Engineering, Customer satisfaction and drives Innovation. As important as it sounds, the limits of this role get different based on organizational needs. Even though the boundaries are always adapted, primary responsibilities remain concrete.

- Stakeholder Management
- Including user-centric possibilities
- Market strategy
