Add ChatGPT to Visual Studio Code

Open Visual Studio Code and click on the Extensions Icon

  • Search for ChatGPT Helper and install.
    ChatGPt

  • Go Here and add a "Secret Key"
    Copy this key to the clipboard.

  • Open the Command Pallet
    Search for ChatGPT and select one of the items.
    Open Command Pallet

The first time it will ask for the key. Paste in the key on the clipboard.

  • If you ask a question about code make sure to highlight the code you want (first)

  • Otherwise just type in the Question
