Can you help me decipher this riddle?

A bit of #FridayFun for you, taking a break from the seriousness of life.

My friend Nathanial sent me this today and challenged me to translate this text into comprehensible English.

Would you give me a hand?

Truthfully, I don’t know the answer, but he promised it wasn’t objectionable.

Well - my English is not good enough at these late hours, but you just have to read it out loud a bit "loosy".

It starts a bit like this "To the person responds, I will for sending them money"
