I don't think that AI will take our jobs.
I think that it will become another tool we use to get things done. Some things can definitely be done on autopilot or are boilerplate or aren't all that complex so AI could get it done.
I think it's more likely that we'll start leveraging AI to do some of the parts of our jobs but not our jobs as a whole. Our jobs might become closer to prompting AI for parts of our work, piecing different outputs of AI prompts together, and validating that what's generated is actually correct and satisfies our requirements.
