Lately I've been into reading books vs spending time online browsing short articles about variety of things, one book that I read not too long ago changed my perception of reading books around "I.T" industry and it's called "The Phoenix Project". Book is well written for all type working people in I.T industry, whether you are SRE, Dev, Ops, DevOps, Net Engineer... or QA.
I also like book called LinchPin by Seth Godin.
So what is your fav Book that changed your way of thinking about I.T industry?

You should definitely read The Goal once you've completed The Phoenix Project. There's a great audiobook version of it on Audible that is set up like a radio play :)
