I made a new NPM package called
projectman(github.com/saurabhdaware/projectman) which got 28 stars today and also wrote an article about it on DEV and it became my first article to reach 100+ reactions and it just makes me so happy to see people are liking it!I also started learning Rust and wrote my first "Hello, World!" program in it! (I freaked out when rust threw an error for camelCasing function name 😂)
Finally announced my new book series to the world (dev.to/deleteman123/new-book-serie...) and finished the second chapter! I'm halfway through the writing process, and starting some marketing strategies.. I'm so excited!
I bought a new

Managing to pick apart a mess of spaghetti code that linked a new system to an old one, and rewrote it with everything separated into meaningful classes and fully tested! Now I just have to teach how and why I did it 😊

After months of convincing my enterprise employer to adopt PWA, it's finally happening!!! 🚀🚀. One of our most revenue-driving apps is finally getting a makeover by my team 🥳🥳. PWA is the future of the web.
I finally published a new blog post about Rust and it's (obviously) also on DEV!
Well as of September 6, I finished a project as part of the legacy application retirement project I am on at my banking client. It was expected to be a 3 day fix but ended up being two weeks due to tricky usage of xsl inside of jsp templates (I did say legacy!). It's in QA and about to hit production end of month.
Started a new analysis for a new project which will solve a logout issue in the legacy application, I am one of those rare folks who actually enjoys looking through old Rube Goldbergian code bases to figure out what madness led the teams who build these evolutionary monstrosities to make some of the choices they did.Prior to the project above I worked on an analysis that functionally decomposed a major tool in the legacy application and with that knowledge rebuild the tool using current generation Spring Boot and Angular front end. Super fun.

I managed to develop an automation tool for my company using chromedp in Go.
It isn't really a part of my job, but I liked the idea, so I took it up.
chromedp was pretty vague, with not so beginner-friendly documentation.
But my interest for working with chromedp increased pretty soon - as soon as I found out that headless chrome works like a charm.
chromedp is for automation using Headless Chrome in Go.

I just received a job offer.
Started a 7-months-long Python Bootcamp. I'm after 2 intensive days and it feels good so far. Learning with real human beings is a completely new level in comparison to learning alone from online tutorials. And I don't feel like a complete idiot, which is also a plus 😉
Finished a major update on a mobile app.
I managed to not start implementing pattern matching in my language as I'm not fully decided on everything yet 😄
Instead I did some fuzzing session with AFL which found around 20 bugs (all fixed as of now), and lead me to rethink some stuff on variable declarations, which was great.
Last session was 10 hours, 12 millions execs and caught 8 bugs, I'm hoping to do even better now.
I finally decided lo learn typescript after a long argument with myself. I was content with my knowledge in JS and I thought a language that decorates JavaScript was unnecessary. Learning typescript was the best decision. Now I can rest at peace knowing that I won't pass a string to a number type variable 😃

Finally got my Go API talking with my React client and seeing the data flow onto the page, YAY! 🚀

But the bigger win of this week was joining Dev.to, of course 😎
Removed useless transaction internal Guava Caches in SirixDB (sirix.io) and introduced a form of pointer swizzling more or less :-)
Horrible week: learnt the many quirks of Kendo UI the hard way, while adding new features to an old Spring app. Ugh!
Figuring out that I have lost energy. And hanging onto a task to stay motivated.
Found a new model architecture that helped my boss go from 82% accuracy on his training model to 98%. Needless to say, I saved him months of work. It pays to read those blog posts and white papers.
I have setup my blog(finally) after long time. I have been trying to get it up from past one year (please don't judge) and published it.
