As Jam co-founders saw firsthand (they met as product managers at Cloudflare), even at the fastest moving companies, engineers waste hours each week hunting down context. They rarely get all the info needed to debug an issue when they get assigned one to fix. That's why we're building Jam, to enable anyone to send deeply technical troubleshooting information easily. So everyone saves time, and engineers can fix issues faster. The pace of software development is the speed at which the future arrives. We try to push that further to help the future arrive sooner!
