Day 95: no focus?

Hi!
I don't know how today just ended everything seemed so fast and blurry I can't point out anything that I accomplished today I was struggling with focus and was easily distracted even if there is deadline to meet. usually this would be a sign that I need to rest but I don't feel that tired it just feels weird. I will be sleeping over it maybe something will change but apart from that it was a good day generally
