Make sure your Android device has at least 4GB of storage space available.
Make sure your Android device is running Android version 2.2 or higher.

Download the complete Linux Deploy app from the Google Play Store. This app will be used to install and run Debian on your Android device.
Step 3: Install Linux Deploy

Install Linux Deploy on your Android device. Once the app is installed, open it and tap on the "Install" button.

On the "Installation" tab, tap on the "Download" button. This will download the necessary files to run Debian on your Android device.
Step 5: Install Debian

On the "Installation" tab, tap on the "Install" button to begin the installation process. This will take a few minutes to complete, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
Step 6: Start Debian

Once the installation is complete, tap on the "Start" button to start Debian on your Android device.
You'll see a terminal appear, You can use that terminal to start and run Debian on your android device
You'll also see your android's IP address in the Linux Deploy app, you can connect via SSH to your Android device and use it as normal Debian system
Congratulations, you have now successfully installed Debian on your Android device!

Please keep in mind, there is no direct GUI support for Debian on android and depending on your device some functionality might not work correctly. It's best to test it first before using it on your main device.

Great read, sounds achievable...

Android Studio is available on debian, right?
So, can ya build on droid, using droid Studio debian edition?

Not sure how much room is needed (sdks and modules frameworks and code), or if this is overkilll? Wondering if something like mt manager can build without all the sdk and ideas... lightweight, idiotproof solutions preferable !
