"It's not the best way to go about it, but it's certainly is the best thing to do to advance your career if you're employed and would like to increase your earnings and advance within your profession," Apke says.
The demand to use Agile as well as Scrum will only increase because the number of skilled workers grows. "This is the area where Scrum is a winner," Apke says.
Employers must require certifications for employees who want to or are required to be involved within Agile Project Management.
"You've to at least be able to meet the basic requirements," Korson says.
