How to calculate SSC GPA?

The result of the SSC Exam is graded according to an Examinee's Grade Points he obtains. Today's topic is how to calculate SSC GPA. In this post, we will discuss details of the process of calculating SSC GPA.

How to calculate SSC GPA:
Either you can use SSC GPA Calculator or the technique given below to calculated SSC GPA.

GPA (Grade Point Average) is a measurement to evaluate the student's overall academic performance in SSC and HSC Exam. However, let's know about the SSC grading system and grade points.

How to calculate SSC GPA without 4th subject:

To know further how to calculate SSC GPA, you have to take a look at the example below. Suppose an SSC examinee got the grade of A +, A+, B, A, B, A, and C in 8 compulsory subjects and A in the optional subject.
Then the Grade Points are =5,5,3,4,4,3,4,2 and 4. So, the total Grade Points are 5+5+3+4+4+3+4+2+2(including 2 points for optional subjects out of 4, because 2 points are always deductible).
However, the total is=32 and Grade Point Average (GPA)=32รท8(subjects)=4. To calculate GPA, the Optional Subject is not Countable. So instead of 9 subjects, 8 subjects will be counted.

The above assertion and SSC GPA Calculation are also applicable to Dakhil Exam which is equivalent to SSC. SSC is the first online calculation in Bangladesh. This Grading system replaced the previous Class Systems like First class, Second class, and Third class.
