While hiring developers for your organisation, what are the biggest challenges you have come across? If you could change some things in the hiring process, as a recruiter or a developer what would they be?
I would love to chat.

The most important thing for me is that the interview process is a true reflection of what you are going to do if you join the company.
If I evaluate you on things that you are not going to apply in your day-to-day work it will be a loss for everyone, if you pass the interview you will be prepared for something that is not your job, and if I reject you, I may be losing a good candidate for the real job.
Totally agreed! I don't understand when companies use hardcore data structures and algorithms to test applicants. They can totally be crammed for and forgotten in a week, doesn't prove much about an applicant. People say it tests your problem solving skills, but I have to say there's a lot more ways to specifically test that without having to memorise algos
I got interesting answer there
What are your biggest frustrations in the hiring process?
